Imani Washington is an award-winning student visual storyteller and sports media creative with a passion for capturing emotion, culture, and defining moments in athletics. Through her work in sports photography and multimedia storytelling, she focuses on highlighting the human side of sports—whether it’s the intensity of competition, athletes' identities, or the stories that unfold beyond the game.

Imani has developed a distinct style that blends documentary storytelling with creative direction, producing compelling visual narratives for professional organizations such as the New York Islanders, Long Island Nets, the NBPA, Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Forge FC, and Hofstra University Athletics. Her work includes both live-action coverage and curated photo stories that bring depth and meaning to athletic experiences.
